Emma was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I ordered a 'walk with me' chain ribbon for my daughters bouquet for her wedding day and it was beautiful but a week before the wedding I realized I chose too a big disk and asked if it would be possible to make a smaller one in time for my daughter's wedding. Needless to say it was not a problem and all and I received it 4 days later. My daughter LOVED it and there was a lot of happy tears. A very special if you have lost someone very dear to you.
